Priscilla Meirelles wowed fans with her body transformation, sharing how she was able to lose 18 kilograms off her weight in just five months.

The celebrity mom showed a peek into her fitness journey, including a photo of herself in a two-piece swimwear, her meals and workout session, via her Instagram page on Wednesday, Jan. 8.

“Ever wondered how I transformed my weight from 83 kg to 65 kg (183 pounds to 143 pounds) in just 5 months at 41 years old? The secret isn’t a magic pill or a surgical procedure—it was all about unwavering focus, determination, and a complete overhaul of my lifestyle and diet,” she said.

Meirelles disclosed that she also underwent detoxing and had a “shift” in mindset.

“This journey demanded a profound shift in my mindset, tapping into the power of affirmations and visualization techniques, not to mention the support of an incredible network,” she added.

The budget carrier on Wednesday said it received an A320neo (new engine option) at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (Naia) on Sept. 13. Cebu Pacific was to receive a total of 18 aircraft this year.

In the comments section, one netizen remarked that “being brokenhearted” might be one of Meirelles’ “motivations.” The Instagram user wss apparently referring to the actress-beauty queen’s separation from her husband, actor John Estrada.

Meirelles was crowned Miss Globe International in 2003, then Miss Earth in 2004. Just last month, she was also given the Noble Queen Nations title by international pageant organization Noble Queen of the Universe Ltd. Inc. (NQULI).

Meirelles is a mom to her 12-year-old daughter Anechka, whom she shares with Estrada.
